"If I can give 0 stars, I would. I have been consistently disappointed by state farm and Pamela Wilkins' office. The lack of communication from this office is truly absurd. After having my insurance continuously rise in price due to a mistake THEY made and quoted me a price they could not give, my insurance jumped to $770+ a month for 3 vehicles! Yet, I continued to be a loyal customer because I did not want to go through the stress of having to search for new insurance. We then received a notice saying that they were canceling our road side assistance because we had used it 4 times in one year due to some car troubles we had with one of the cars on our policy. Ok, fine. But to put the cherry on top, today was our policy renewal date and I realized that although our app sent us a notification and prompted us to log in to add our new ID cards to our apple wallet because ours expired today - there were no documents to be downloaded, it stated that there was only one policy on our account - our renter's insurance. Extremely confused I called the 800 number because Pamela's office is closed once I get off of work and the gentleman on the other end of the line informed me that they had put a note in our file on May 21, 2024 that our policy would be cancelled at the end of our term policy on 8/26. We received NO NOTICE nor ANY communication about this and I had just spoken with someone mid-july to update one of our vehicles. We pay our bill on time EVERY single month, despite it being ridiculously expensive and I have been nothing but kind and respectful towards everyone in the office. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. If you are looking for an insurance company, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. RUN. Do not sign up here and save yourself the headache of constant disappointment, being charged like crazy, OH and finding out you have no insurance day of -.-"
